As co-founder of consultancy Turnkey Event Solutions (TES), John specialises in supporting the senior management teams within event organisers, suppliers and venues in key impact areas such as company and event strategy, business growth, M&A, recruitment, leadership development and building high performance teams.  John heads up TES Recruitment, the specialist talent acquisition division of TES.

John’s career has involved him in events and exhibitions in over twenty countries. Prior to founding TES with business partner Dan Londero in 2021, John held executive leadership roles in both the organiser and supplier side of the industry.  During his 17-year career at RX, John built and led teams that delivered some 200 trade and consumer exhibitions, covering twelve industry sectors and all major cities in Australia. John’s events were known for the focus on buyer-supplier engagement and high level of customer-driven content – conferences, awards dinners, networking, product demonstrations and education.
