- The Awards Entry Kit outlines the conditions and parameters for entry.
- Any event or activity that occurred between 1 October 2024 and 30 September 2025 are eligible to enter.
- 20 October 2025 – Award entries close 12:00 pm (AEDT).
- 21 October 2025 – Judging commences.
- 8 November 2025 – Judging ends.
- 4 December 2025 – Awards evening and winners announced at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
