Provide Another Service

The Australian Business Events industry is abundant with innovative product offerings that significantly enhance our sector. If you believe your product or service can add value to the Conference or Awards, we invite you to share your ideas with us.

Please email us your product details, including relevant images and a clear explanation of how your offering can be integrated into the event. Additionally, we would appreciate your insights on the expected benefits and returns of your product or service.

All submissions will be carefully considered, and we encourage our members to understand that we may already have existing plans for similar offerings. Your contributions are invaluable to us, and we look forward to exploring how we can collaborate to create an exceptional experience for all attendees at the Conference and Awards.

Volunteer

We invite students studying Event Management or related fields to apply to the Student Experience Volunteer Program at our upcoming two-day conference and awards gala dinner.

Interested students may study one of the following:

  • Management – inclusive of Event, Hospitality and/or Tourism
  • Venue Management
  • Audio Visual and Production Management
  • Marketing and Communications
  • Technology and Innovation
  • Project Management
  • Studies in Arts and Entertainment Management

Successful participants in the Volunteer Program will gain practical experience by assisting with key tasks, including:

  • Attendee management
  • Speaker and green room management
  • Registration support
  • Directional assistance
  • Award coordination
  • Customer service and support

In addition, volunteers will have the opportunity to participate in plenary presentations, educational sessions, and the awards dinner.

All selected volunteers are required to attend two one-hour briefing sessions prior to the event, covering the history and planning of the event as well as their specific operational tasks.
