With over 25 years of experience across the UK, Hong Kong and Australia, Lauren brings an extensive background in Food & Beverage and Strategic senior management experience to the MCEC Operational Services team. Lauren has held senior leadership roles with some of the worlds’ most renowned hospitality groups, including Soho House, D&D London, The Press Room Group in Hong Kong and Crown Resorts in Australia.

In 2014, Lauren joined Crown Melbourne as a Business Development Manager within the Food & Beverage team, where she successfully led three Business Service departments. Following this, Lauren moved into the role of Group General Manager, Strategic Initiatives, leading resort wide strategic operational and efficiency projects across the three Crown properties.

Lauren is deeply committed to nurturing talent and fostering a collaborative environment aligned with business objectives, all while placing the customer experience at the forefront. As Chief Operating Officer, she now leads the Operations division, ensuring MCEC’s goals of increasing venue utilization, enhancing productivity and exceeding customers expectations are met.
