Briar is a high energy advocate for disability inclusion and accessibility, leveraging years of experience in promoting the voices of disabled individuals within both corporate and community spaces. As the writer of Mostly Unlearning, a popular weekly(ish) LinkedIn newsletter, Briar has cultivated a platform that amplifies disability, inclusion and accessibility narratives, driving meaningful conversations around more impactful commercial and human outcomes. In 2024, she was honoured as the Disability Inclusion Changemaker of the Year by Australian Disability Network for her groundbreaking contributions. Briar currently serves as a community member for Victorian Convention and Events Trust and is chair of Merri-Bek Council’s Disability Reference Group.
