Dominic Thurbon is an internationally engaged speaker and facilitator who helps individuals and organisations drive behaviour change in the face of disruption.

With more than 17 years’ experience as a senior executive and entrepreneur, Dom co-founded and scaled the behaviour change agency Karrikins Group across three countries before its acquisition by EY in 2019, and later co-founded Educator Impact, a technology company acquired by Qoria in 2022. He has authored and researched best-selling books published in over 15 countries on topics including generational change, business strategy, purpose-driven leadership, the future of work and education, and disruption. Dom has designed multiple award-winning programs that reach more than 500,000 people each year, and has delivered keynote presentations to audiences across Australasia, Europe and North America, spanning sectors from financial services and technology to government, education and not-for-profit.
