He has represented Australia at the Individual World Poetry Slam Championships and performed on stages from the Sydney Opera House to Nashville’s Schermerhorn Symphony Centre and Montreal’s Metropolis. He is Director of The School for Creative Development, an author with Penguin Random House, Vic/Tas President for Professional Speakers Australia, and is widely praised for his creative genius and impact on leaders and teams.

As a Creativity and Innovation Specialist, Joel works with organisations of every size and sector to help leaders and teams unlock the conditions for creativity and innovation to thrive.
